These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrendGenie website and platform ("Service"), operated by TrendGenie ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider, and their terms also apply.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation;
  • Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service, its data, or its output without our written permission;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
